Chroma - Photographic Filters 1.0b

Controls

Preview

Toggles preview on or off

Grad

Specifies whether filter is graduated or solid. If filter is solid, angle, hardness and offset controls are disabled. In solid mode only upper color is used as a filter color.

Grayscale

Specifies whether output of the filter should be grayscale. If used in solid filter mode output is normalized (output is boosted by amount of filter absorption).

Angle

Specifies angle of the grad filter. Angle of 0 is horizontal.

Hardness

Specifies gradient of the transition of graduated filter. With hardness of 0 (soft) gradient is spread over the full filter range. Hardness of 1 is extremely hard. One handy way of specifying where transition occurs is by setting hardness to 1. Set angle and offset and then reduce hardness.

Strength

Specifies strength index of the filter. Strength of 1 specifies full strength and 0 filter is fully transparent.

Offset

Slides the filter up or down (or left to right), depending of the angle specified.

Color

Clicking on the upper part of the color picker/preview will choose top color of the filter, while clicking on the lower part of the color picker/preview will choose bottom color of the filter. White color represents transparency.
